What is your return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For bicycles, the bike must not have been ridden outdoors. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to bicycle returns to cover professional inspection.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes! If you prefer not to assemble the bike yourself, we partner with local bike shops across the country. You can select 'Local Shop Assembly' at checkout to have your bike shipped directly to a technician for professional setup.
How do I choose the right frame size for my height?

What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new bicycles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects (usually lifetime or 5-10 years) and components (1-2 years). Wear-and-tear items like tires, tubes, and brake pads are not covered under standard warranties.
