Proper bicycle frame preparation is a very important step in building or overhauling a bike. The HTR-1 is a complete professional tool set for reaming and facing both head tubes and press fit bottom bracket shells. The durable handle assembly features a quick-release, quick-adjust design allowing for easy tool installation, adjustment and removal. Optional accessories for the HTR-1 include over 20 different reamers and facers for most headset and bottom bracket standards.

Includes: 30.1 mm reamer (part #751.2) for 1" headset standard, 45 mm facer (part #690), 29.8 mm pilot (part #762), 30.0 mm pilot (part #763), 33.8 mm pilot (part #765), 36.8 mm pilot (part #766)
SHIS terminology: The stock HTR-1 will face EC29, EC30, EC34 and EC37 frames. It will ream EC30 frames. Accessories will allow service in other standards.
Also available with a reamer for the 1 1/8" standard (HTR-1B) or as a standalone handle set with no reamers, facers or pilots (HTR-HS)
NOTE: Always use cutting fluid such as Park Tool CF-2 when machining.
